An AI assistant for your website answers visitors' questions based on your own website and documents. Day and night, in the visitor's language. If someone wants an appointment or a quote, or the assistant doesn't know the answer, it passes them on to you.

- A link to your CRM (your customer system) or calendar. That's possible, as a separate add-on in the quote.

What does an AI assistant for your website do?
An AI assistant is a chat window on your website. A visitor types a question and gets an answer in plain language. Behind the scenes is a language model: software that understands and writes text, the same kind of technology that powers ChatGPT.
The key point: the assistant takes its answers from your information. Your website, your price list, your terms, a brochure or a list of frequently asked questions. It looks up the part that fits the question and gives a short answer. If someone asks in English, German or Polish, it answers in that language.
When the visitor is ready for the next step, the assistant shows the way: to your booking page, your quote form or your phone number. More options, such as smart enquiry forms and a voice agent, are on the AI for your website page.
Honest about what the assistant can't do
AI can make mistakes. An answer can be wrong or incomplete, even when the source is right. I set the assistant up to stick to your information and to say it doesn't know when the answer isn't there. Nobody can guarantee that every answer is correct.
That's why you stay responsible for the source. If your prices or opening hours change, the information the assistant draws on has to change too. And don't put anything in that shouldn't be public: a visitor could ask about it.
Visitors always see that they're talking to AI. I build that notice in and it stays there. For questions that really need a person, such as a complaint or tailored advice, the assistant hands the conversation over to you.
What an AI assistant costs
Building it costs from €1,500, one-off. The exact price depends on how much information the assistant needs to know and where it refers people to. You get a tailored quote up front. You pay half at the start and half on delivery.
On top of that there are running costs. Every question the assistant answers costs a small amount at the AI provider. How much that comes to per month depends on how many visitors ask questions. These usage costs are in the quote and are not covered by Hosting or Care.
AI providers sometimes change their models or prices. If necessary, I adjust the assistant or switch to a comparable provider. All other prices are on the pricing page.

What does the assistant do when it doesn't know the answer?
This is how I set it up: if the answer isn't in your information, it says so. It then refers the visitor to you, through your contact form, your phone number or an appointment.
What information can I give the assistant?
Your website, and documents such as a price list, terms, brochures or frequently asked questions. Only use information that may be public. Customer data doesn't belong in it.
What does an AI assistant cost per month?
Besides the one-off build, you pay the AI provider's usage costs. These depend on the number of conversations. The quote shows what you can expect.
Which languages does the assistant work in?
It answers in the language the visitor asks in. That works even if your information is only in Dutch. If you have technical terms that must always be translated in a set way, let me know.
