No. I write the copy with you, with help from AI. You tell me what you do, I turn it into clear text and you approve it.

Yes. Whether your domain stays with your own provider or I manage it, I set up the DNS so your email keeps working. Want a new business mailbox instead? That's possible too, for €5 per mailbox per month.

Yes. For a one-off €195 you get the code and I move the site to your own hosting. Read more under hosting and maintenance.

Business Plus comes with your own content editor. With the other packages I make the changes for you. Small edits are included in hosting.

Yes. Once paid, the site is yours. If you want to continue with someone else later, you get everything.

Mostly information: what you do, for whom, and what visitors should do on your site. Your logo and photos if you have them. I write the copy with you.

Two. In practice that's enough to get everything right. If you want more changes after that, I charge €95 per hour.

Half at the start and half at delivery, with a 14-day payment term. Hosting and Care are billed monthly.

Your domain is always in your name. If you keep it with your own provider, I set up the DNS once; that's included in the build. If you'd like me to handle it, I register a new name or take over your existing domain, as an add-on to Hosting or Care, for €25 per domain per year. Care includes 2 domain names.

Because translating with AI takes little time. I check the translation and make sure Google understands both languages properly.

Count on an hour for the intro call and the proposal, and a few hours to send information and give feedback. The faster you respond, the faster your site is live.

Yes. You get a link to a test version that grows while I build.

Then you'll hear up front how much time it takes. I charge extra work at €95 an hour, and only if you agree.

If I'm waiting for content or feedback for more than two months, I invoice the second half. I finish the site as soon as you are ready to continue.

Yes. I don't run a domain shop, but just let me know. I register the name you want, or take over your existing domain from your current provider. It stays in your name, I renew it and manage the DNS. Hosting keeps your site online, fast and secure, with a small text edit each month. Care does the same and adds 3 hours of work a month for changes, new pages or content.

No. Hosting, Care and mailboxes can be cancelled monthly, with one month's notice.

I build with modern technology (Next.js). These sites are faster and more secure and have no plugins that need updating every month. That saves maintenance, and therefore money.

You can, any time. You get the code and I help with the handover.

No. Modern voices sound natural and understand everyday Dutch and English. The agent does say honestly that it's a digital assistant.

Calls are only used to handle the request. We agree on retention and processing in line with the GDPR.
