A website for coaches: calm, personal and easy to find

As a coach you sell trust. People need to feel you're the right person before you've even spoken. So a website for coaches shows who you are, how you work and for whom, and makes the first appointment easy. I build it to fit, for a fixed price.

What coaches run into

Your work is hard to explain

Coaching is personal and intangible. A list of services says little. Visitors want to see how a programme runs and what it gives them.

Trust before you've spoken

People choose a coach on feel. They want to see your face, read your story and know whether you're a fit before they book a first call.

Knowledge that isn't written down

You know a lot, but it's in your head or scattered across LinkedIn. On your own site it shows what you can do, and it gets found.

What a website for a coach needs to do

A good coaching website is calm. Few distractions, clear language and room for your story. Visitors should quickly see who you work with, how you work and what the first step is.

Make that first step as small as possible: a clear button to your online calendar for an intro call, or a contact form that actually arrives in your inbox. With your photo, your background and an explanation of your approach, a visitor knows who they'll be dealing with.

Show what you know

Articles are a strong way to show how you think. They get found in Google and give visitors a reason to come back. With Business Plus you get your own content editor where you write and publish articles yourself. Bart Brouwer of Crossing Futures does exactly that, in two languages.

A newsletter keeps interested people up to date when there's something new, such as an article or a workshop. Do you also work with clients in another language? Extra languages cost nothing extra with me.

An assessment as a first step

Not everyone is ready for a conversation. An online assessment gives visitors something first: insight into their own situation, with a result and a report by email. That way they experience how you think, and you have a natural reason to get in touch.

Crossing Futures has the Future Readiness Scan, Breach Your Legacy the Legacy Discovery. I build an assessment like that around your questions and topics, with your explanation or advice in the result.

Which package suits a coach?

Each package includes everything in the one before. An assessment or newsletter works with any package, now or later.

Sites I built for consultants

Crossing Futures is the site of strategy consultant Bart Brouwer, with its own content editor and the Future Readiness Scan. Breach Your Legacy is an ecosystem of consultants and board members, with the Legacy Discovery as its assessment. I'm a board member there myself.

“Tom translated my wish for a calm, clear look into a site that fits Crossing Futures. He picks up questions and changes quickly, also after delivery.”

Frequently asked questions

What does a website cost for a coach?

Starter costs €795, Business €1,495 and Business Plus €2,495, one-off and excluding VAT. For a site with your approach, programmes and background, Business is usually a good fit. An assessment or newsletter comes as an add-on. Everything is on the pricing page.

Can visitors book an intro call straight away?

Yes. I put a clear button on your site to your online calendar, or a contact form that arrives in your inbox. You decide which of the two you use, or both.

Can I write articles myself?

Yes, with Business Plus. You get your own content editor where you write articles, save drafts and publish. With the other packages I put them online for you, within Care or at €95 an hour.

What does an assessment on my site do for me?

Visitors answer a few questions and get a result and a report by email. They gain insight into their situation; you get a reason for a conversation. An assessment costs from €495.

Can my site be in Dutch and English?

Yes. Extra languages cost nothing extra with me. I check the translation and make sure Google understands both languages properly.

What happens to the details of people who fill in an assessment?

Anyone who requests a report leaves their email address. That's personal data: you're responsible for it and I process it on your behalf, under my data processing agreement.

A website that fits the way you work?

Book a free 30-minute intro call. Afterwards you'll know what it costs, how fast it can be done and which package suits you.
