For restaurants, cafés and takeaways
A hospitality website where guests find what they need straight away
Want a website for your restaurant, café or takeaway? Guests search on their phone, often just before they come. They want your menu, your opening hours and how to book or order. A good hospitality website shows those three things straight away. I build it to fit, for a fixed price.
What you run into in hospitality
The phone rings when it's busy
Just when the kitchen is full, people call to book a table or order a takeaway. You can't pick up, and a missed caller may be a missed guest.
A menu that's out of date
A PDF from last season, or prices that changed long ago. Guests only notice at the table or the counter.
Different hours in Google than on your site
Your opening hours are on your site, in your Google Business Profile and elsewhere. If they don't match everywhere, someone ends up at a closed door.
What a hospitality website needs to do
The most important things go at the top: your opening hours, where you are, how to book or order, and a link to your menu. Guests should find them without searching or zooming in, even on a small phone.
Put your menu on a normal page, not only as a PDF. It reads more easily on a phone and you can update it faster. Does your menu change often? A small text edit a month is included in Hosting. If you'd rather do it yourself, Business Plus gives you your own content editor.
Lots of tourists or expats among your guests? Extra languages cost nothing extra with me.
Bookings, orders and gift vouchers
If you use a booking system, I put it clearly on your site, with a button or a link. If you want something of your own, such as a booking system made for your place, I build it on a quote, with a fixed price up front.
Selling gift vouchers or products online? Then a small webshop can be added, from €995.
An AI phone assistant for busy nights
An AI phone assistant answers the phone when you can't. It gives your opening hours, takes reservations and takes takeaway orders. It always reads an order back to check, and then it's waiting in your email, WhatsApp or till (if your till supports a connection).
It says at the start that it's a digital assistant. AI can make mistakes, so if it's unsure, or someone asks about allergens, it puts the caller through to you. You choose when it answers, for example when you don't pick up after a few rings, or outside opening hours.
Building it costs from €1,500, then you pay from €149 a month, with a bundle of call minutes. Cancel monthly.
Getting found in your own town
When someone looks for a restaurant or café in your town, Google often shows a map of places nearby first. That's where your Google Business Profile counts: your opening hours, photos and reviews. That profile is separate from your website and you manage it with Google.
I make sure your site shows the same name, address and opening hours as your profile, and that Google understands what kind of place you are and where. More on that in getting found in Google and ChatGPT.
Which package suits a hospitality business?
Each package includes everything in the one before. The AI phone assistant and a webshop work with any package.

An example
How a busy Friday night can go
It's dinner time and the kitchen is flat out. The phone rings. The AI phone assistant answers, says it's your place's digital assistant and takes the takeaway order. It reads it back to check, asks what time the guest will collect it and puts it in your email, WhatsApp or till. If someone asks about allergens, it puts them through to you.

What does a website for a restaurant or café cost?
Starter costs €795 and Business €1,495, one-off and excluding VAT. After that you choose Hosting for €39 a month. An AI phone assistant costs from €1,500 plus from €149 a month. Everything is on the pricing page.
Can I update my menu myself?
With Business Plus you can, in your own content editor. With the other packages I change it for you: a small edit a month is included in Hosting, and for more there's Care.
Can guests book through my site?
Yes. If you use a booking system, I put a clear button or link on your site. If you want something of your own, I build it on a quote, with a fixed price up front.
Does the AI phone assistant understand my guests?
Modern voices sound natural and understand everyday Dutch, and it can carry on in English too. AI can make mistakes. That's why it reads orders back to check and puts callers through when it's unsure.
Can my site be in several languages?
Yes. Extra languages cost nothing extra with me. I check the translation and make sure Google understands every language properly.
What about my Google Business Profile?
That's separate from your website and you manage it with Google. I make sure your site shows the same name, address and opening hours as your profile, so guests see the same everywhere.
